The (SDP) Skill Development Programme will be conducted for 62 days and there will be theory and practical classes for 5hr. daily. We have been sanctioned a skill Development Programme on Medical and Nursing Healthcare Assistance for 32 unemployed young girls by NABARD. During the training period we prepare the unemployed youth girls for employment & self employment through self analysis, soft skill, communication skill, computer skills and teach them to manage the health issues of the old & other bed ridden patients. Enable the candidates to look after the patients in order to prevent them from disease promote their total health and provide them curative measures and approaches. The main concept of the training is to assist the patients with love, care, support and maintained safe healthy, peaceful and secure environment at homes.
