Imbibed the spirit of our founder father Bl. Kuriakose Elias Chavara and his instructions to the first members of our congregation, to train the women in handicrafts and needle works for their upliftment , kristu jyoti has taken up training in cutting and tailoring , embroidery and production of garments in 1995. More than Two Hundreds of girls were benefiting out of it. The initiative skill development brings economic and social empowerment to the girls .By this training we prepare them to earn their livelihood apart from their house hold responsibilities. We are providing them govt. Certificate of NIOS (Under The Ministry of Human Resource Development ).
